Registration
All papers accepted for inclusion in the technical program must be presented by one of the authors or a qualified substitute. At least one author must register at a non-student rate (i.e., full registration) before July 23, 2018. One full registration can cover a maximum of 5 papers. Papers which do not meet the requirements will be withdrawn from the program and the proceedings.

Full and student registrations include a delegate package and a USB copy of the proceedings.
* Discounted student registration fees are applicable only to full-time students. Students who registered with a discounted rate must send proof of their student status (student ID or certificate) to email regist.iwaenc2018@mmlab.cs.tsukuba.ac.jp by the time the registration is done.
** Accompanying person registrations include access only to some social events, such as the welcome reception and banquet.
Invitation Letter
Upon request the conference secretariat will issue an invitation letter for visa application purposes to those with completed registrations. Please send the request to regist.iwaenc2018@mmlab.cs.tsukuba.ac.jp with your personal information (name, passport number, country, institute, paper id, registration id).

Payment
Two methods of payment are accepted – credit card and bank transfer. Payment by credit card is recommended. We accept major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCards. All delegates will receive a receipt from the conference organization committee.
